Agreement

  • Eligibility: Must be 18+ with a passport valid for at least six months.
  • Fundraising: Minimum target—£5,000 (UK, Europe, UAE, others) or $6,500 (USA).
  • Pakistan deployment reg fee is £300, payable before travel
  • Reg Fee: £200 (UK, Europe, UAE) or $300 (USA) , payable before travel.
  • All funds raised will be allocated to the designated deployment unless a request for an extension is communicated and approved by a member of staff.
  • Flights: Covered for UK, Europe, UAE. USA volunteers book and get reimbursed (minus reg fee). Others book their own.
  • Policy: No refunds on funds raised; donations go to listed causes. Salam Charity may withdraw volunteers if concerns arise.
  • Salam Charity reserves the rights to cancel, alter or postpone any deployment.
  • Volunteers must meet the minimum fundraising target by the specified deadline, which is one month before deployment. Deployment spaces are limited, and priority will be given to those who reach their fundraising targets first.
